Sales are Final

All items are custom made to order, with that, all sales are final. Please confirm sizing and size chart before checkout, as there is no option for exchange.

If an item arrives damaged, a replacement item or store credit will be offered, upon further review and confirmation of damage.

*If there is damage, it must be reported to within 30 days of purchase.*

Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping is available within the 50 contiguous states, fulfilled by USPS mail. Shipping rates are flat rates based on order weight and location (shipping address)

Items within the 4 The Culture Collection are customizable (color, size), and made to order. Please allow for a processing time of 5-7 business days along with the shipping timeframe of 7-10 business days. (est. total of 2-3 weeks from order date)

Should there be any processing delay, before items are shipped, buyers will be contacted via email, for notification. When orders are shipped, buyers will be notified with tracking via email. The tracking may not be available before the day the item is set to ship.


Tracking numbers update when the shipper scans the package. If you don't see an update right away, please give it a day or two for USPS to update.

If the tracking of the order is marked as delivered, via USPS, the order is fulfilled and the service is rendered, based on the terms of is not responsible for refunding or replacing items marked as delivered but not received.

To keep track of shipments and delivery, suggests creating a free USPS account, which gives up to date tracking information and allows for the delivery to be specified, based on the user's needs.

Order Edit and Cancellation

Your order is important to us, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!  Due to the fulfillment process, we are not able to make any changes to an order once it has been placed (this includes but may not be limited to the adding/removal of items, billing or shipping address update, order cancellation request and shipping method change).
